Job Description
SUMMARY: Carry out key objectives to both assist and provide a leadership role in field operations related to shale well completions our of our Hughesville, PA location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 1. Responsible for understanding all operational aspects of completion operations; location prep, stimulation, pump down perforating, plug drill out with coil tubing and snubbing units. 2. Responsible for covering field shifts as needed for all completion operations. 3. Responsible for ensuring completion consultants are following designated PGE requirements. 4. Responsible for ensuring completion activities are being completed in a timely, safe, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective manner. 5. Responsible for organizing completion paperwork including internal files, accurate cost tracking, and operational details on daily completion reports. 6. Understand and actively participate in EHS program. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related science. 2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in completion activities, with previous experience in horizontal shale completions. 3. Excellent understanding of engineering principles related to hydraulics, stimulation design, and completion equipment operations 4. Basic understanding of Geology. 5. Good interpersonal abilities for working in a team environment. 6. Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills. 7. Proven experience in the practice of project management. 8. Ability to direct and coordinate the work activities of suppliers, and other personnel supporting completions operations.
