The Keystone Wood Products Association (KWPA) strives to strengthen and expand the base of lumber and wood products manufactureres in the Central PA region in order to maintain and enhance the industry's competitive position in today's global economy.
The Association is actively workin got accomplish the folowing goals:
* Promote sustainable forest management practices.
* Improve the available workforce with increased skills relevant to the needs of members and industry in the region.
* Promote career opporutnities in the industry through education and outreach.
* Create partnerships with schools to enhance their curriculum and create interest in lumber and wood product companies.
* Promote, market and facilitate the sales of PA value-added forest products.
